If you're trying to
brainstorm up a simple and affordable birthday party for your son or daughter
then this is your post to read! Our creative photographer here at Town and
Gown, Divian Conner, came up with such a simple and quick party for her daughter's
9th birthday- we just had to share it! Divian described the theme of the party
to be simple and southern, and it looked just that! She decorated the table
with a checkerboard tablecloth, used burlap as a table runner, and white dishes
that held the food.
Divian got
the crawfish from Rubba
Boot in Starkville,
Mississippi, which she said was incredible. She provided hot dogs,
hamburgers, chips, fries, and instead of cake she had strawberries and donuts
for desert. You can find the absolutely adorable french fry and hot dog
containers from Target for only $1! All of the food and decor was under $100.
Awesome, right?!
